Splinter Fixtures & Products began in San Francisco in 1995, and moved to Portland, Oregon in May of 2001. Since the very beginning everything has been designed and manufactured by hand in the United States, to the best of our knowledge we are using the most environmentally friendly Manufacturing and finishing available.
Our product range has a much larger scope than the information you see here. Not only does Splinter do Jewelry fixtures, wall hooks, Bathroom accessories, & mirrors, but we have also been commissioned to produce Gardening products for Smith & Hawkin, Floor display pieces for Z Gallery, Sun Glass & Sign Holders for Bebe. We welcome custom work which includes new items finishes or concepts.

Ordering

Minimum order is $250.00, and minimum re-order is $100. Purchase orders must provide complete information, including items, quantities, finishes (if applicable), and contacts, addresses, and phone numbers for both billing and shipping.

Listed prices do not include taxes or shipping & handling. Resale certificates are required for all wholesale purchases.

Payment

Checks should be made payable to Splinter fixtures. All new accounts will be handled COD, Pro Forma, or by Credit Card. Established accounts may receive Net 30 terms.

Delivery
|

Standard delivery is 4-6 weeks. Delivery is via UPS.

Warranty/Return Policy
|
|
All damages or shortages are to be reported within 10 days and returned within 21days for a credit or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return for exchange within 10 days after receipt of merchandise, (a 15% restocking fee may apply).
Splinter Fixtures are warranted against all defects for one year from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, Splinter Fixtures will, at it's discretion, repair or replace defective merchandise free of charge. Natural imperfections in materials are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
